Villages are facing exodus of their young workforce attracted by the charm of the cities and lack of equitable facilities in the villages. The Foundation is working on a model of “Adopting a Village” wherein all the issues faced by villagers like farming methods, education of children (rural schools), water conservation, employment, health and sanitation, skill development will be addressed comprehensively. The villagers would be able to approach for any of their issues and the Foundation will try to address them either by itself or by liasoning with authorities.
